As a parent its not always easy to find time to work out…
4POINTS “FIT FAM” ensures you get some “ME” time to meet your OWN fitness goals with other hard working parents, while your kids participate in their BJJ Class!
Periodically, parents will have the opportunity to work WITH their kids, creating a unique bonding experience over physically challenging partner drills, exercises and fun games.

FIT FAM (AGE 5+)
These hybrid classes, designed for busy parents, will cover the basic techniques, positions and fat burning drills related to Brazilian jiu jitsu as well as HIIT (high intensity interval training), circuits, kettle bells and yoga.
Starting April 24th (ongoing)
Mondays & Wednesdays at 6pm
Saturdays at 12 pm
COST: 3, 6 & 12 month memberships or 10 class pass
FIT FAM (AGE 2-4)
These fat-burning fitness classes combine high intensity interval training (HIIT), yoga, resistance training and Brazilian jiu jitsu drills to sculpt tone and improve overall physical fitness, through fun, high-energy sessions.
During this time, your child is engaged in learning movement, agility, coordination and basic BJJ skills, that provide them with the abilities and confidence needed to participate in sports and athletics as they continue to grow.
May 6th to June 15th (18 classes over 6 weeks)
Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays at 11:15am
COST: 550$ for 1 parent + 1 child (aged 2-4) for 6 weeks

Variety - Explore, engage and benefit from a variety of efficient fitness activities. Our instructors are constantly switching it up to bring you fun and challenging new workouts to keep things from getting stale and to maximize the use of your time with us.
Strength/Endurance/Muscle tone/Flexibility - Make no mistake, the main objective of this program is to help you reach your fitness goals. The workouts are high energy, rewarding, balanced and most importantly; EFFECTIVE.
Agility & Spatial Awareness - This is not a babysitting club! As with all our programs, we aim to teach kids physical and social skills they can carry forward with them into other areas of their growth.
