As a parents its not always easy to find time for your own workout. With so many amazing parents walking trough our doors every week, we rcognized an opportunity to help make their job a little easier.

4POINTS FAMILY FITNESS offers parents a full body bootacmps that that combine basic Brazilian jiu jitsu techniques, high intensity interval training (HIIT), yoga, resistance training, and kick boxing exercises you can do at the same time as your kids! While part of the workout offers you a chance to bond more with your kids over fun and challenging partner drills, we ensure your get some “ME” time by having your kids participate in their OWN skill building experience along side other kids, while you meet your fitness needs along side other parents.

Every class has 2 instructors dedicated to the needs of the parents and the kids respectively. Bootcamps run 3 times a week for 6 week and you can register for daytime or evening classes. Every workout is designed to be fun, challenging and effective for parents while kids programing is designed to prepare them for more advanced training in Brazilian jiu jitsu and provide them with the physical skills and confidence need for general athletics.
